About the Role
We require an energetic, and persistent team member with atleast 2-3 years of experience in the web design sales domain, to assist with expanding our business as we continue through our next phase of growth.
We are seeking a professional who is willing to be a part of our team for the long term. The remuneration for this role will be base plus commissions and superannuation.
The annual remuneration will be base salary between A$60,000 to A$70,000 plus 10.5% super and commissions. OTE A$100,000 to A$180,000.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating a leads pipeline
- Generating new sales and substantial sales growth
- Feedback loop, identify and advise of potential new sales and business expansion strategies
- Meet and develop relationships with our core clients
- Personal initiative on developing the business and maximum conversions
- Control the sales process and ensure all active leads are processed and followed through
- Build and maintain good relationships with operations teams while playing a hands-on role
The successful candidate will ideally have sales experience in the IT industry. Quality experience in other industries in a sales role will also be well regarded, especially if you’re able to join our team with an extensive network that can become a good future prospect.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary Qualified with 2+ years of experience with a digital agency
- Exceptional people management & leadership skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Well presented, well organised and a self-starter
- Go-getter and persistent, willing to do the groundwork
- Available to work full-time with no restriction of hours
- Have a current driver’s license, a clear and valid Police check and personal vehicle available for use
- Have a positive attitude
- Experience of working in a team-based environment
